Manufacturing
Autotube manufactures fluid transfer tubes and brazed tube assemblies for automotive OEM programs, including but not limited to:
Coolant tubes (brazed, formed, and assembled to spec)
Water by-pass tubes
Dipstick assemblies, including error-proofed and 2D-coded variants for MY-specific program requirements
Oil level indicator assemblies
Brazed tube assemblies for engine and transmission systems
Custom tube and fitting assemblies for GM, Stellantis, Toyota, Ford, and other OEM/Tier 1 and 2 programs
Plastic oil pickup tubes
If it's a fluid transfer tube or brazed tube assembly for an automotive application, chances are we can build it: coolant tubes, water inlet-outlet tubes, water bypass tubes, oil feed and oil drain tubes, oil level indicators, dipstick assemblies. We can do it all!

Using a combination of internal resources and a dedicated team of long standing suppliers Autotube creates and builds innovative tooling solutions which ensure part quality as well as top productivity.
Mass Production
Beginning with our EDI driven and integrated scheduling systems we are experts at navigating the complexities of automotive delivery requirements. Just in time pick ups are normal for us. Our systems allow flexibility in customer demand and our logistic teams are trained to support our customers as effectively as possible.
Quality Control
Autotube is a IATF16949:2016 certified Tier 1 supplier.
Our quality system includes product feasibility, failure modes, cross functional teamwork, project planning, testing and product approval processes.
