Scope
This Environmental Policy applies to all Autotube Limited operations, including the Strathroy and Watford facilities. It applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and visitors. It establishes our commitments to minimizing environmental impact and continuously improving our environmental performance.

Environmental Objectives (SMART Targets)
Reduce electricity consumption per unit produced by 5% by 2027 (2024 baseline)
Reduce Scope 1 and 2 GHG intensity by 3% by 2027 (2024 baseline)
Increase overall recycling rate to 70% by 2026
Reduce landfill waste by 5% by 2027
Reduce tube scrap rate by 3% by 2026
Implement hazardous waste minimization actions by 2026
Improve air quality monitoring and reporting by 2026
Incorporate life cycle considerations into new product design by 2027
Roles & Responsibilities
President & CEO: Provides executive oversight, approves targets, allocates resources
Environmental Manager: Implements this policy, manages compliance, prepares reports
Department Managers: Ensure adherence, track local performance, train staff
All Employees: Follow environmental procedures and support improvement initiatives
Review Mechanism
This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner in response to regulatory, operational, or customer requirements. Progress toward environmental targets will be reviewed quarterly.
Communication & Availability
This policy is communicated via onboarding, internal postings, training programs, and company-wide announcements. It is available to customers and external stakeholders upon request.
